The amazing Cliff Robert sure knows how to draw cats’ legs. Typical post-depression commercial artist, he was highly involved in the animated TV commercials business of Madison Avenue when this project came on his desk. Under the influence of the Walt Disney Studios (Mary Blair, are you there?) or Jim Flora, the man was a great mirror of this so-called modernist era.
